The purchase conditions together with the Data Protection Statement are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement between the non-profit SRETNI LJUDI (Seller) and the Buyer.
The terms of purchase are part of the Seller’s obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, and serve as information to the Buyer before concluding a online contract with the aim of clear and comprehensible information on the method of conclusion, execution, termination of the contract, all in accordance with legal provisions.

The term “Customer” refers to a consumer – a physical person who, outside of any activity, orders and pays for any service through the web shop service on the Seller’s website.
Any person who orders at least one service, fills in the requested information and pays for the ordered service is considered a customer. The recipient is considered the person to whom the service is delivered, and is different from the person of the customer.
The terms of purchase form part of the contract concluded online together with the name of the service and the price(s) of the purchased service(s), and before confirming the order for the purchase of individual services, the Customer will be asked to accept them/declare that he/she is familiar with/agrees with the Terms of purchase via this website.
The contract is considered concluded:
In the case of payment by transaction account, at the moment when natalijapavlakovic.com receives confirmation that the order amount has been paid.
In the case of payment by card online, at the moment when Sretni ljudi issues an invoice for the purchased goods.
After the invoice is issued, Sretni ljudi will immediately inform the customer via e-mail about the further steps to complete the purchased service.
If the service has been ordered, and a transaction account has been chosen as the payment method, Sretni ljudi undertakes to reserve the place to which the service is referred for a duration of 3 working days after the order confirmation e-mail with the payment slip and payment information has been sent to the customer. After the expiration of 3 working days from the order confirmation, Sretni ljudi reserves the right to cancel the order.
The seller reserves the right not to send orders with incorrect/incomplete contact data, as well as orders with an e-mail/phone number that no one answers.
The seller reserves the right to change the conditions at any time, with the said changes coming into force after publication on these websites.
The customer is responsible for the completeness and truthfulness of the entered data when entering the payment data.

For a validly concluded contract, it is necessary that the Buyer is a person with full business capacity. By accepting the Terms of Sale, the Buyer declares that all the information he has provided about himself is true and complete, that he is capable of doing business and that there are no known obstacles to ordering and purchasing products from the Seller, i.e. for purchasing via the Web-shop.
By visiting and using the natalijapavlakovic.com Web Shop, you accept electronic communication. You hereby accept that all agreements, notices, announcements and other contents delivered to you electronically satisfy the legal framework as if they were made in written form.
If the visitor or user does not have an e-mail address or enters an incorrect one or cannot receive e-mail due to technical reasons, the seller is not obliged to try to inform the user in any other way about the order itself, nor about any other details related to the order, delivery and time, payment , refund, complaint and the like.

The prices displayed on the website www.natalijapavlakovic are expressed in EUROS. The SRETNI LJUDI non-profit is not included in the VAT system and is not included in the price.

OPTION internet banking refers to payment in advance by transferring funds to our transaction account. After you complete your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a payment slip and payment information. Please make the payment within 3 working days of receiving the order confirmation. After the expiration of 3 working days from the order confirmation with payment slip, Sretni ljudi reserves the right to cancel the order.

CONDITIONS AND TIME OF DELIVERY
The delivery of the service is agreed in writing (email) between the seller and the buyer after the invoice has been paid, if it is a one-on-one service.
If it is an educational service such as courses, workshops, events, retreats, etc., then the service is delivered according to the date specified by Sretni ljudi in the service description and which the customer accepted by paying the invoice.
If there is a change in the delivery date of the service, the seller will notify the customer in time and inform him about the new date that he has determined himself or in agreement with the customer.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
The customer has the right to a justified complaint and a refund in case of:
– that the delivery of the service was not carried out in the agreed time and there is no possibility to agree on a new time
– in the event that the customer did not receive the service at the specified time due to illness or force majeure and there is no possibility of an early agreement on a new time
The deadline for submitting a complaint is 8 days from the receipt of the service.
In the case of a request for a refund for justified reasons, the buyer is obliged to send a written complaint to the Seller by e-mail to: email@example.com
In order to determine as quickly as possible the specific order to which the customer has a complaint, customers are asked to state the order number, account number or their username in the complaint.
The SRETNI LJUDI non-profit will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and the response according to Article 10.para.5. of the Croatian Law on Consumer Protection must arrive within 15 (fifteen) days from the day the complaint was received.
In the event of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid.
CONTRACT TERMINATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The right to unilateral termination of the contract
The customer may, without giving a reason, unilaterally terminate this contract within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or upon its receipt.
The right to unilaterally terminate the contract starts from the date of the agreed delivery of the service.
In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination, the buyer must send the seller a written (email) notice stating that he is terminating the contract.
If the customer exercises his right to unilateral termination, he will not bear the related costs.
Exclusion of the right to unilateral termination of the contract
The customer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract from this section if:
1. the service contract was fully fulfilled by the seller, and the fulfillment began with the explicit prior consent of the buyer and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the contract from this section if the service is fully fulfilled.
